1. Where can I shop your products?

You can shop our faith-inspired apparel in person at our local farmers market in Panama City, Florida, or online right here on our website.

2. Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! If you’re local, you can choose the “Pickup at Farmers Market” option at checkout. We will have your order ready for pickup at our next market day.

3. When will my order be ready for pickup?

Orders for local pickup will be ready at the next farmers market we attend. You’ll receive a confirmation email with pickup details once your order is processed.

4. Do you offer shipping?

Yes! We ship orders across the U.S. If you’re not local, we’ll carefully package and ship your items directly to you.

5. How long does shipping take?

Since all of the items on our shop are hand made and we are a made to order shop, please allow 5-7 business days for processing before shipping. Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Please note that delivery times vary based on your location and once the package has been picked up by the carrier, we rely on them to provide updates and deliver your order.

6. My package was marked as delivered, but I can't find it. What should I do?

If your package was marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  • Check with neighbors or household members.

  • Look around your delivery area in case it was placed somewhere unexpected.

  • Wait 24 hours—sometimes carriers mark a package as delivered early.

  • If it’s still missing, contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number. Please note that TAIGI is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you still need help, reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to assist!

7. What should I do if there’s an issue with my order?

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will make it right!

8. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Because our items are made to order, cancellations are only accepted within 2 hours of placing your order. Once production begins, we are unable to cancel or change the order.

9. What is your return/exchange policy?

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to help!

10. Do you take custom orders?

At this time, we do not offer custom orders. However, we are always adding new faith-inspired designs, so stay tuned for updates!
